Dong-A's PET Cups and lids are made using 25-30% post consumer recycled (PCR) materials, reducing environmental impact while maintaining premium clarity and strength.
Branding & Printing
Observe how custom branding is applied to each cup. Our printing process integrates logos and designs directly onto the cup surface, resulting in vivid, long-lasting graphics that highlight your brand.
Paper cups are produced using gravure and offset printing with water-based, low-VOC inks, while PET clear cups are printed using UV-flexo technology for clean, environmentally-friendly results.
Automated Stacking
See our high-speed machinery efficiently stack cups for packaging. This ensures consistent alignment, protects the cups during handling, and streamlines production for large orders.

Designs
We refine mockups with you until everything meets your preference, then finalize it with a signed design agreement.
Finalization
We confirm your desired quantity and set all details, with a 50% deposit required to proceed.
HeadQuarters + Ship
Once approved, your order is sent to our Korean HQ for manufacturing. Lead time is 8-12 weeks!
Delivery
We deliver in person for free within the DMV area, or provide US shipping for other locations; the remaining 50% is paid upon delivery.
