We do not create logos or artworks from scratch. Customers provide their own logo or design that we apply to their selected packaging products. We provide mockups and samples for your review to ensure your product meets your expectations. 

A 50% deposit is required when you first place your order. Once your order arrives to our warehouse, the remaining 50% balance is due then.

Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% service fee.

For first-time custom orders, there is a one-time setup fee, which varies depending on the product and colors. Setup fee for future reorders are waived. Any changes to the product type or design will require a setup fee. 

Our samples are designed to provide an accurate preview of your custom packaging. However, please note that samples may vary from the final product.
